Chamber filter press is a kind of intermittent pressure filter equipment. Working Principle:
Chamber filter press achieve the purpose of dehydration by extruding the filter plates to discharge the water in the sludge through the filter cloth. Namely, a certain number of filter plates under the action of strong mechanical force is closely lined up, then filter chamber is formed between the filter plate and filter plate area. Materials are fed into the filter chamber under strong positive pressure, the solid material are by formed into filter cake via filter medium (filter cloth), while the liquid part are discharged out by penetrating filter medium (filter cloth), so as to achieve the goal of solid-liquid separation.

Adopt hydraulic pressure, the maximum pressure is 14MPa, and use contact pressure gauge to keep pressure automatically.
