Continuous Centrifuge Laser Screen

In the use of continuous centrifuges, the filter screen needs to be replaced frequently. It is almost the highest cost of wearing parts for continuous centrifuge, and the replacement process is complex, taking long time with high labor intensity of workers. There are woven mesh, wedge mesh, punching mesh, electrocasting mesh, etc. At present, the main trend is chrome-plated electrocast nickel screen, in which soft nickel plate is formed by electrocast and high hardness wear resistant layer is formed by electroplated chromium. Chrome-plated electrocast nickel screen has small holes, and the hole width can be 0.04mm for sugar nickel screen. The opening rate is high, generally 0.06mm mesh used for triose, the opening rate reaches 6.4%.

It is not easy to solve the environmental protection problem of waste liquid treatment and discharge in the production of chrome-plated electrocast nickel screen. With the enhancement of the awareness of environmental protection in various countries, the requirement of environmental protection will be higher and higher.  Thus laser screen is going to be the main trend of replacement for the old chrome-plated electrocast nickel screen in future. 




Main Features: 

1. The micropores can be arbitrarily controlled between 0.04 ~ 0.12mm, and the mesh consistency is more than 99%.

2. Trapezoidal mesh with smooth inner surface of micropores.

3. We select high quality 316L corrosion resistant stainless-steel plate, it is used for processing under semi-hard condition after annealing. The actual thickness is 0.38mm, which is suitable for the solid-liquid separation of corrosive materials.

4. High microhole opening rate, the highest opening rate can reach to 25%.

At present, the hole opening rate set by our company is 9.06% (0.06mm), which has been increased by 50% compared with the standard nickel net opening rate of 6-6.4% (0.06). The number of holes in the opening area of a LIT-1400 filter net is more than 235,000.

The electroforming process makes the screen smooth as a mirror without any burrs or bumps. Tapered mesh reduces the plug mesh phenomenon.  All the holes in the screen are arranged in a radial linear pattern in the multi-radian flake direction, which ensures maximum crystallization separation. Whether you want to increase production, reduce waste honey purity, or reduce maintenance costs, it is your best choice.

● The surface of the pure nickel layer smooth as mirror, without any burr, convex, chrome plating process is to enhance the durability of the mesh, so that the sugar grains run smoothly, reduce the collision damage.
