Structure principle of discharge filter decanter centrifuge
The cone drum is equipped with a concentric discharge spiral,
which rotates in the same direction at high speed and has a
certain speed difference. The speed difference is generated by
the transmission system and the differential. The suspension is
continuously introduced by the feed pipe and evenly distributed
to the inner cone of the drum. Under the action of centrifugal
force, the liquid phase is discharged from the drum through the
filter screen and the filter hole of the drum wall and out of the
machine through the liquid outlet. The solid phase is trapped in
the filter screen to form filter slag, and the filter slag is
continuously moved to the big end of the drum under the joint
action of the cone component force of centrifugal force and the
discharge spiral, and discharged to the outside of the machine
through the discharge tank, so as to realize the solid-liquid
separation of the suspension

volume, high separation factor, continuous operation, smooth running, strong
adaptability, large processing capacity, low moisture content of filter cake,
high separation efficiency, low energy consumption, and insensitive to
suspension concentration fluctuations. Wash the separated material if
necessary.
Discharge filter decanter centrifuge application scope
The horizontal screw discharge filter centrifuge relies on the relative movement of the discharge screw and the rotating drum to ensure the uniform distribution of solid particles on the inner wall of the screen to prevent excessive vibration caused by uneven distribution. Even when stopped, the spiral has no residual potentially unbalanced solid particles. Centrifuge running smoothly, low vibration, low noise.
According to the operating conditions, perforated metal plate mesh, multi-layer sintered metal mesh or chequered metal strip welding long seam mesh can be used.
For some difficult to separate materials, the centrifuge can also be adjusted and improved accordingly:
Increase the length of the drum, adjust the speed of the drum, adjust the difference between the drum and the discharge screw, change the half cone Angle of the drum cone, change the number of screw heads and the lift Angle of the discharge screw
