Non-cloth rotary vacuum filter:
Non-cloth rotary vacuum filter has the advantages of non- sewage discharge, low light conversion of dry filter mud, continuous operation, large handling capacity and high production efficiency.
The drum and mud tank are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and the stainless-steel filter is high quality. The transmission system adopts cycloid needle wheel reducer (direct motor), which is driven by double row roller chain, with stable and reliable performance.
Compared with the traditional worm wheel and worm transmission system, its efficiency is higher, energy consumption is lower, and the drum body is not easy to produce displacement. Mud discharge system can be universal adjustment, which is the main feature of this machine.
Application: It is widely used in sugar, pharmaceutical, dye, paper, chemical industry and other industries.
