SunRay series two-stage transformer oil filter
SunRay series insulated oil double stage vacuum oil filter is used in power plant, power station, power company, power transformation industry, metallurgy, petrochemical, machinery, transportation, railway and other industries. In particular, on-site maintenance of transformers in large substations above 110KV, as well as deep purification treatment of high-grade new oil, imported oil, transformer oil, ultra-high voltage transformer oil and other oil products. It can also be used for vacuum oiling and drying of transformers. Can be on-site live work.
Two-stage vacuum oil filter features
● Two-stage vacuum high pumping speed and advanced dehydration and degassing system, using large area stereoflash technology, can quickly and efficiently remove water, impurities, hydrocarbons and other harmful components in the oil, improve the flash point and dielectric strength of insulating oil.
● Can meet the installation or maintenance site of the transformer body vacuum and vacuum oil.
● Precision filtration system, high quality filter element, multi-level filtration step by step encryption, can effectively remove mechanical impurities in the oil, and configure the filter pollution degree automatic detection function.
● Advanced automatic constant temperature control system, automatic level control system, automatic defoaming control system, automatic pressure protection system and sophisticated configuration, to ensure the high performance of equipment operation.
● Online oil filter, can be unattended, the running status is displayed by the indicator.
● The machine humanized design, low noise, simple operation, long maintenance interval, low energy consumption to save running costs.
● The whole machine is equipped with interlocking safety protection, oil drainage system, vacuum system and heating system interlocking, to avoid adverse effects caused by misoperation.
● Filter replacement index, filter saturation stop device.
● Equipped with leakage, overload shutdown device to protect the motor.
● With phase sequence, lack of phase protection function, sudden stop safety control.

● According to the needs of users, PLC intelligent control can be selected, touch screen operation, and dynamic display.
● Optional on-line moisture detector.
● Optional frequency converter, flow can be selected according to needs.
● Optional flowmeter with accumulation function.
● Optional external transformer vacuum system.
● The structure of the whole machine can be made into mobile, fixed, trailer type (half axis or double axis), fully enclosed, covered, canvas, open.
● Can be configured into a three-stage high vacuum oil filter to obtain a higher working vacuum.
