Water-ring vacuum pump -2BE3 series:

This series of vacuum pump was developed based on years of scientific researches and production experiences, combined with advanced technology of similar products in the international market. Features:

1. The impeller is welded and treated by high temperature solution. The blade is stamped and formed in one time with reasonable profile.

2. The wheel hub is processed by high-precision lathe and tested by dynamic balance tester, which fundamentally solves the problem of dynamic balance. The impeller and pump shaft adopt the hot charge interference fit, the performance is reliable and the operation is stable. It can adapt to the harsh conditions of load shock wave.

3. single-stage and single-action structure are adopted in this series which advanced in simple structure, easy maintenance, reliable operation, energy efficient and suitable for harsh conditions with plenty water discharge and overloaded shock wave.

4. It has gas-water separator, with multi positions for inlets & outlets. There is maintenance access to the exhaust valve on the pump cover. The space between the impeller and baffle plate are adjusted by the gland at both ends of the shaft.

5. All pumps are tested by the quality control center before delivery to ensure superior and reliable performance.

6. The supplying range of pumps, transmission methods, sealing and materials can be flexibly selected according to customers’ requirements
