2BV Series Water-ring Vacuum Pump

2BV series water ring vacuum pump is designed for pumping gas and water vapor; its suction pressure can reach to 33Mbar absolute pressure (96-97% vacuum degree). When it is used as a compressor, the maximum pressure will up to 0.26MPa (absolute pressure). As a new generation of energy-saving product, it can fully replace SK, 2SK series of water ring vacuum pump with the same performance and W, WY, WL series reciprocating vacuum pump, with its excellent performance and advantages.

Applications:

It has wide range of applications such as vacuum filtration, distillation, sterilization, food processing, steam recovery, water pumping, pharmaceutical / laboratory vacuum, soil purification, tank filling, liquid degassing; extrusion molding, dipping, drying, wood drying, compressor vacuum Regeneration, water tank replenishment, vacuum packaging and so on.

Water-ring vacuum pump -2BV series:

●Anti-wearing, corrosion resistance. High strength, durability, and improved cavitation resistance.

●Bearings are all Imported as NTN or NSK.

●Motors are of Y2 series, IP54, IP55, insulation class F.

●Optimized fluid structure design, cavitation protection tube interface can eliminate the cavitation erosion noise under the condition of maximizing the suction effect, and protect the pump.

●Unique flexible outlet design can avoid over-compression, which ensures its excellent performance.

● All flexible seals are made of PTFE, which can greatly extend its working life in harsh conditions.

● Stainless steel materials (304, 316L) or special material can be used for request of corrosion media;

● Explosion-proof motor available for flammable and explosive gas application,

● Mechanical seals are imported; material is fluorine rubber or polytetrafluoroethylene.

●The coaxial design of motor and pump is particularly suitable for plastic machinery, pharmaceutical machinery matching.

● Direct connected design makes easy installation and easy maintenance.
