Working principle:
When the centrifuge is running at full speed, the feed valve is opened, and the separated suspension enters into the drum through the distributing bucket and evenly distributes on the inner wall of the drum filter medium. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase is flung out of the drum through the filter medium and the holes on the drum, while the solid phase is trapped on the filter medium to form a filter cake. When the filter slag layer reaches a certain thickness, close the feed valve to wash the solid, and then dry it. Finally, the filter slag layer is removed by rotating scraper, and the material is discharged out of the machine by shuttle groove or spiral conveyance.
