The filter press should be installed on a flat concrete foundation. Feed end push plate machine foot bolt fixed on the foundation; The bracket end does not need anchor bolts, or after anchor bolts are positioned, two nuts are used to lock the bracket, and a proper gap is left between the nut gasket and the seat of the machine leg, which can be slightly flexible. Before positioning, the installer should calibrate the verticality between the beam and the thrust plate.

The foundation structure should be designed by the construction personnel according to the load of the equipment, and the anchor bolts should be grouted twice with reserved holes.

There should be enough operation and maintenance space around the filter press. The hydraulic press filter press should choose the appropriate position to place the hydraulic station to ensure that the hydraulic station can work normally.

Put the filter plate in accordance with the work requirements, and fix up the feeding, washing and discharging pipelines. Equip with filter pressure display meter and return channel to control filter pressure. In the case of membranes extrusion type, the compressed air pipeline is needed.

Hydraulic filter press, put clean 20#-40# hydraulic mechanical oil into hydraulic station tank, the operation temperature >-5℃;If the ambient temperature is low, the hydraulic oil with similar viscosity and low freezing point can be selected. Hydraulic oil must be added through 80-100 mesh filter.

Mechanical or hydraulic pressing device, power on the starting motor should work correctly. The pressure gauge should rise steadily when the hydraulic pressure is pressed, and there is no outflow phenomenon in the hydraulic system. The working pressure of the hydraulic station should be adjusted correctly according to the size of the model. If the oil storage in the oil tank is found to be insufficient after the test machine, it should be supplemented.
