HORIZONTAL DECANTER CENTRIFUGE :
Horizontal decanter centrifuge is mainly used for solid- liquid separation and concentration of sludge wastewater, with advanced structure, large handling capacity and long design life. The whole centrifuge machine adopts integrated structure design, featuring high reliability, small floor area and convenient maintenance.
It is a fully automatic continuous operation of the sedimentation centrifuge, and suitable for separating crystalline, powder or short fiber materials with particle size (particle size) of 5 muon ~ 5mm, suspension concentration (solid phase volume ratio) of 0.5% ~ 30%, solid liquid density difference of > 0.05g/cm3.It can be used for material clarification, grading and dewatering.

Structure and performance features:
(1) The whole machine adopts integrated structure design, compact structure, small floor area, easy installation, operation and maintenance;
(2) The machine adopts a fully closed structure, which can ensure that the solid phase, liquid phase and odor will not overflow from the machine, and the operating environment is good.
(3) Driven by dual motors -- frequency converter, the centrifuge speed and differential speed can be stepless adjustable in work;
(4) Proprietary energy-saving technology -- auxiliary motor energy recovery system (energy feedback device) can save 20% ~ 30% of electric energy when the centrifuge is running.
(5) Rotary drum slag outlet, screw feed mouth, screw blade scraping parts are equipped with replaceable cemented carbide sleeve, extending the service life of parts.
(6) In the settlement area inside the drum, the spiral blade adopts ribbon blade, which maximally reduces the disturbing effect of the helix on the separated liquid and ensures the separation effect.
